💸 REFUND & RETURN POLICY (JD Control Systems)

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Custom Products Are Non-Refundable

All JD Control Systems panels are hand-built to order.
Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong panel selected

• Incompatibility with unsupported software

• User-made modifications

• Damage caused by miswiring, dropping, or improper use

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide photos or video of the issue

• We will repair or replace the item at our discretion

Return shipping for defective items may be covered if the issue is on our end.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, materials may already be in use.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom, built-to-order nature of our products.

5. Warranty

We provide a 30-day functional warranty covering:

• Button failure

• Switch failure

• Wiring defects

• LED failures

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage

• Liquid damage

• Unauthorized modifications

• Incorrect wiring performed by the customer
