Because all panels are hand-built, production usually takes:

• 1–3 weeks for standard panels

• 2–4 weeks for custom panels

Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to component shortages.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using:

• UPS

• USPS

• FedEx (optional)

Shipping includes tracking and protective packaging.

3. Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated based on:

• Destination

• Package weight and size

• Carrier rates

4. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• Import taxes

• Any local duties

We cannot predict or control these charges.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and product

2. Contact us within 48 hours

3. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement

We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
