JD Control Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”) designs and builds custom-made operator panels and accessories for use with simulator software such as NoLimits 2. These products are intended for entertainment and educational use only.
 
2. Custom-Built Items
Most of our products are handmade and built to order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Production times may vary from 1–4 weeks
   

• Component availability may influence the final build
   

• Minor variations in appearance may occur due to the custom nature of the product
   

 
3. Use at Your Own Risk
Our panels simulate ride-operator controls for virtual environments.
They do not control real-world machinery and must never be used in live mechanical, industrial, or amusement ride applications.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or modification of the device.
 
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate information on all product listings. However:

• Specifications may change without notice
   

• Colors may appear differently due to screen settings
   

• We reserve the right to update pricing, features, or descriptions at any time
   

 
5. Payments
We accept major payment methods supported by the platform Wix.
Orders are not started until payment is received in full.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
JD Control Systems is not responsible for:

• Software incompatibility
   

• Damage caused by incorrect wiring or modification
   

• Loss of data, profits, or personal property
   

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
 
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
